Josh has been an amazing property manager and has made the process so much easier than I thought. From the get-go, he helped me understand the full process, what price I can expect to rent my house for, etc. Also, he got a nice couple to rent my place soon after he became my manager. I've called other property managers and they skirted around questions, had to set appointments far out in advance, and gave a very corporate vibe. Josh was not like that. He is always willing to answer any questions and explain things without the usual sales pitchyness of the other PM's. Very confident leaving my house in the care of Josh.
